What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Vocational Nurse position at Redwood Terrace - a HumanGood community?
Redwood Terrace in Escondido, CA, one of ten HumanGood life plan communities named among the "Best Nursing Homes of 2023-2024" by US News & World Report, is hiring an on-call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for its Skilled Nursing team.
Our LVNs are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Pay range is $32.00-$41.00/hr. depending on experience. On-call team members expected to accept a minimum of 4 offered shifts per month.

To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred, not required
