Reedy & Company Relators LLC is searching for a qualified and experienced plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties we manage.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections to identify and address potential problems before they occur
- Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and other contractors to ensure a smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety regulations
- May be required to prepare estimates and invoices for completed work
- Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Tennessee (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
- Clean MVR
