We're seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to join our collaborative and driven team. What You'll Do

• Lead and review design work for land development, municipal infrastructure, and private sector projects
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Apply innovative thinking to help solve complex engineering challengesespecially as we explore growth in finance-related development
• Guide projects from concept through construction, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective results

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil Engineering
• Experience with civil site design, land development, and/or municipal engineering
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• A desire to work closely with clients and lead projects from start to finish
