What Can You Expect
- This position is responsible for growing Reeves Young's business pursuits by building new client relationships, maintaining current client relationships, and identifying opportunities and advocates in strategic expansion areas.
- Help develop and execute the business development strategy for each Reeves Young Business Unit with input from Executive Leadership team.
- Support current and future Reeves Young regional projects by being a trusted advisor, including reviewing project progress, visiting job sites, participating in appropriate project meetings and communicating with the client.
- Identify, sponsor, and actively participate in the appropriate geographic and industry specific organizations that meet Reeves Young's specific goals and objectives.
What You Bring to the Table
- Must have proven tenured record of Business Development in Nashville.
- First class communication skills and ability to operate professionally and effectively at all levels.
- Excellent rapport building, networking and relationship management experience.
- Broad and in-depth business background with a reasonable working knowledge of the technical aspects of construction.
