What Can You Expect
- This position is responsible for managing designated field activities and general supervision of all phases of construction at the jobsite.
- This position is responsible for the safety of all individuals on the jobsite at all times and ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with OSHA regulations and safe work practice guidelines
- Supervise and coordinate activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule.
- Championing and protecting the brand of a rapidly growing Company
- Manage all daily, weekly, and monthly safety reporting as required. This includes holding trade partners accountable for conducting and enforcing safety training and plans.

What You Bring to the Table
- Must demonstrate good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies on project plans.
- Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role.
- May require performing general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
- Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: MS Outlook, Word, Adobe Reader and Viewpoint Field Work Center.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 4-hour periods of time.
- Must have Water/Waste Water experience.
