Responsibilities :
- Write-up proposals for homeowners that includes a bid for their total cost estimate
- Enforce all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any issues to the project manager
- Adapt to the needs of the team and assist the project manager with other tasks when needed
- Measure progress through reviewing performance goals and deadlines to make sure the project runs on schedule with the project manager’s deadlines and subcontractor work
- Manage construction workers and subcontractors, perform routine inspections on-site, and give guidance as needed to make sure each construction project results in a high-quality finished product
- Keep records of all paperwork and services performed
- Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships
- Estimate and acquire new accounts
- Coordinate construction roles and responsibilities with team members
- Post to social media for brand awareness and prospecting
