About the Role
Refresh LED is seeking a Sales Engineer / Solutions Sales professional with experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, technology solutions, AV systems, LED displays or systems integration.
This role focuses on:
• Solution-based selling

• Cross-functional collaboration with technical teams
You will not be responsible for detailed engineering design. Instead, you will act as the commercial and strategic lead throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Business Development
• Drive B2B sales for LED video wall and AV solutions
• Develop new business through inbound and outbound leads
• Build relationships with churches, schools, corporate clients and event organizations
• Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Consultative Solutions Selling
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, budgets and timelines
• Translate client requirements into solution concepts and proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, scope and feasibility
• Present LED display and AV solution options to clients
• Position Refresh LED as a trusted technology partner
Account Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with project managers, technicians and support teams
• Ensure smooth handoff from sales to implementation
• Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
Candidate Profile
Required / Preferred Experience
• Experience in B2B sales, technology sales, AV sales, commercial services sales, construction sales or systems integration sales
• Track record of success in consultative selling or solution-based sales
• Ability to communicate technical concepts at a high level
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Relevant Backgrounds
• Commercial AV, LED displays, audiovisual integration
• Technology solutions, SaaS, hardware or infrastructure sales
• Construction, electrical, low-voltage or building systems sales
• Professional services or capital equipment sales
Additional Qualifications
• Comfortable managing complex sales cycles
• Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
• Willingness to travel occasionally (2-10 days per quarter)
