BDC Agent responsibilities:
- Assisting customers through several forms of communication: inbound & outbound phone calls, text, email, etc.
- Recording customer information in CRM
- Build report and set appointments for sales staff
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance of yourself and work areas
- Work with the team to accomplish goals and complete task
BDC Agent Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer & phone skills
