About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our residential exterior remodeling projects. This full-time position is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on managing timelines, juggling multiple job sites, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of proven project management experience in residential construction, specifically with window installations, siding, roofing, screen porches, decks, and additions. Preference will be given to anyone with prior installation experience in these trades.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of exterior remodeling projects, from pre-construction to final walkthrough
Work closely with the Operations Manager to create and manage detailed project schedules and ensure on-time delivery
Supervise subcontractors and in-house crews to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety
Conduct job site walkthroughs and quality checks throughout project lifecycle
Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and addressing questions or concerns professionally
Enforce compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and local permitting requirements on larger projects such as decks, screened in porches, and additions
Identify project risks and resolve issues promptly to prevent delays
Ensure accurate and timely documentation including change orders and punch lists
Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of exterior remodeling methods, tools, and materials
Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage sub contractors
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple active job sites
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical documents
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
