Requirements:
- Valid TRD (Therapeutic Recreation Director) Certification
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive and inclusive environment
