We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Planning & Analysis to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. The Senior Analyst, Business Planning & Analysis is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and relevant reporting of Operational & Financial metrics as well as annual & quarterly forecasting. This position will ensure that data has integrity and is consistent between various monthly and quarterly reports and assists with process improvements related to reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. What You’ll Be Doing: •    Providing accurate, reliable, and timely reporting and analysis of operational and financial results. •    Preparing and supporting monthly and quarterly reporting for the Operating Committee, Board of Directors, and Investors, including but not limited to monthly Operational Summary, Quarterly Business Reviews, quarterly JV books, quarterly Board of Director reports, and quarterly Supplemental reports.•    Preparing and supporting reporting and analysis on budgeting and forecasting for property level NOI, operating metrics, and capital expenditures.•    Supporting budgeting and forecasting system preparation and process.•    Supporting identification and execution of technology enhancements that support more effective and efficient reporting, including tools for enhanced reporting and analytics, a comprehensive data warehouse, and other projects as requested. Are You Qualified?
