Job Overview:
As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage Reconstruction projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring that our projects meet both financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all aspects of Reconstruction projects, including fire, from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, set timelines, and coordinate resources for efficient execution.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability, ensuring projects remain within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is performed to specifications and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and guide Reconstruction teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and billing for submission to clients and insurers.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Reconstruction project management or a related field.
