WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This role is full-time with an in-office schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As our Business Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operational success. Your day will include analyzing KPIs, streamlining processes, managing budgets, and leading AP/AR functions. You'll oversee vendor relationships, utility billing, and property transitions-all while mentoring a high-performing team and ensuring smooth office operations. Your leadership and accounting skills will directly impact our efficiency, culture, and client satisfaction.

- Associate degree or higher in accounting
- 3 years of experience in accounting and/or office management
- GAAP training
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly skilled in the use of computers and office software suites
