We are currently hiring for a Community Manager at Flats at 146 in Noblesville, IN.
Starting base salary for this position is $55k-$60k per year, PLUS leasing commissions and bonuses.
The duties of this position are:
• Overseeing the daily activities of the property.
• Managing all leasing and office staff members.
• Processing all property payables including invoices per company policy and move-out dispositions timely.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating marketing campaign to effectively market the apartments. Monitors and maintains all media advertising.
• Qualifying, demonstrating, and leasing apartments in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines. Reviews, processes and completes final approval or rejection on all rental applications, lease forms, and reports to ensure they are properly completed according to property guidelines and company policy.
• Manages the property in accordance with the approved company Operations Manual.
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of property management normally acquired by Accredited Resident Manager, Certified Apartment Manager or similar designation. A high school diploma or GED is required.
