We are seeking a passionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at Regency On The Lake. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, planning diets, and overseeing daily operations.
About the Role
- Provide clinical assessments for guests and plan diets to meet nutritional needs
- Oversee the purchase of food and supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels
- Assure meals are nutritious, palatable, and crafted in a timely manner
- Interview guests and family members to obtain diet history
- Participate in regularly scheduled conferences, including department head meetings and interdisciplinary care plan meetings

- Serve Safe certification
- One to two years management/supervisory experience preferred
