Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor – School Based

We are looking for licensed counselors to join our team to service students and families in a school-based setting!
Excellent salary up to $55,000 based on experience with excellent full-time benefits, sign on bonus, and quarterly incentive.
School Holidays and Summers OFF!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work within the established organizational baseline of integrated primary health and behavioral health capability.
- Assess clients’ needs, provide counseling, and ensure access to needed and appropriate services, including treatment, rehabilitation, service linkage, case monitoring, and client advocacy functions.
- Review individual service plans, follow up, and intervene as required.
- Consult with other agencies or programs' representatives to coordinate client treatment and case management services.
- Perform discharge and aftercare planning; follow up with clients to determine their progress and adjustment during and after services.
Salary : $55,000
