Lead Childcare Teacher
Reggio’s Treehouse is seeking passionate and innovative Early Childhood Educators who think outside the box.

We have immediate openings for teaching positions and would love to connect with you. As a lead facilitator, you will collaborate closely with the Director (D) and Assistant Director (AD) to ensure that Reggio’s Treehouse and State Licensing standards are met efficiently.
Your role involves researching and implementing effective provocations, documenting findings, and submitting documentation to the AD promptly.
Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs, monitoring and assessing student progress, responding appropriately to student needs, learning technology for documenting experiences, collaborating with other teachers, liaising with the Director for curriculum delivery, safeguarding children’s welfare, promoting interdisciplinary learning, acting professionally, using learning resources effectively, communicating with parents, organizing parent meetings, and participating in school events and trips.
Qualifications include: a CDA or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields, at least one year of experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten, or early childhood program, experience in a Reggio Emilia inspired school, knowledge of Project Based Learning, strong organizational skills, professionalism, dependability, strong computer skills, and teacher certification or license.
