We need a great Personal Lines Account Manager to work closely with our Account Executives to maintain and service our accounts along with assisting them with any queries they may have. The right Personal Insurance Account Manager will be driven and persistent as well as a self starter who can really guide and service our customers to the best of their ability. YOU MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER. We are a very TEAM focused group. Responsibilities
- Preparing and re-marketing submissions
- Negotiating coverage details with underwriters
- Cross-selling
- Direct bill and premium financing
- Review policies and endorsements for accuracy
- Process requested changes in coverage
- Answer client questions
- Issue certificates of insurance
- Issue auto ID cards
- Assist in the coordination of loss control and claims support
Requirements
- 2-5 years insurance industry experience with an active Property and Casualty license is preferred
- Focus and ability to accomplish complex tasks
- Delegation and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and TEAM player
- Relationship oriented ability to win over the respect and admiration of his/her clients.
- Colleagues and underwriters.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Adobe)
- Experience with Vertafore AMS 360 is a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
