HR Assistant:
We are looking for an HR assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training,)
- Coordinate HR projects and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing
- Communicate with HR Manager and Company executives when necessary
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule pre-employment screenings
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist with recruiting and keeping our databases current
- Assist with employee engagement activities
Requirements

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
