FACILITIES DIRECTOR
RSU1 is seeking a positive, organized, and experienced Facilities Director. This position is responsible for the overall management of all aspects of the buildings and grounds in the district and the supervision of the maintenance and custodial staff.
The ideal candidate will also have practical experience in building systems including structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and grounds. The position requires a combination of hands-on field work and management level administration. The Facilities Director serves as the primary contact for all issues related to buildings and grounds and is expected to be available whenever issues arise.
Previous successful management/supervisory experience is essential along with positive leadership and interpersonal skills.
