Seasonal Recreation Worker

JOB SUMMARY:

Part time seasonal staff to work in the Recreational Program at RWA. Candidates must be available to work 2-4 days per week, based on need, starting in April and continue through October. Weekend shifts and holidays required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Staffing Lake Saltonstall Reservoir during fishing season
• Helping patrons with boat rentals
• Boat rental maintenance
• Permit sales
• Maintain trails and walking paths
• Driving and staffing the portable water fountain to events

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Educational Requirements:

• High School diploma.

Experience/Skills/Abilities:

• Outdoor recreation preferred
• Boating knowledge preferred
• Customer service preferred
• Candidate must have valid CT Driver's License with clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 65 lbs.
