In rising to this challenge, you will be planning, developing, implementing and monitoring food and nutrition services for the Medical Center in accordance with RWMC policies, CHIQ, and state of federal regulations.
As our Director of Food Service, you will:
- Be responsible for the provision of daily food and nutrition services for the hospital
- Ensure department compliance with relevant CIHQ standards
- Annually develop and manage to the budget, goals, and objectives for the Food and Nutrition Services department
- Oversee the clinical nutrition services provided by the registered dietitians
You may be a good fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Certification in ServSafe
- Five years of experience in a healthcare environment in food service and clinical dietetic management desired
