Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking a talented Social Worker for Cancer Services.

To serve this mission, you will be providing discharge planning and psychosocial interventions through assessment, advocacy, referral and interdisciplinary planning for identified patients.
As an RWHS Social Worker, you will:
- Develop and coordinate discharge plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team to meet the desired goals
- Educate patients and families in resource options
- Offer support to patients and families experiencing catastrophic or life-changing events in order to enhance their coping skills and decision making abilities
You may be a good fit if you have:
- A bachelor of social work degree from a CSWE accredited program
- Certification as a social worker through the state of Nebraska
- Experience in a health care setting
