Who you are
As the Senior Data Manager reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you will provide the day-to-day leadership and strategy to guide the team and mature our data operations. You will manage the production and maintenance of Regrid’s nationwide parcel dataset and other spatial products from sourcing through ETL and delivery.
The core of your role is managing a team of talented data professionals and working cross-departmentally to ensure priorities are aligned and executed. A strong technical and business understanding of spatial data, ETL and data pipelines, and data products is key.
You are self-driven, have strong project and team management skills, take responsibility in delivering a high-quality product to our customers, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. You are naturally curious and have a passion for bringing clarity and structure to existing systems. You are a service-oriented leader and enjoy working in diverse teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of seven skilled data professionals.
- Foster a collaborative environment, provide training, and plan & encourage individual growth; coach challenges and solutions.
- Coordinate with teams across the company, including Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Collaborate with other external partners and stakeholders.
- Deeply understand customer needs and advocate for quality, accuracy, and customer service.
