What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Administrator in Training / Floor Administrator position at Rehab Select?
Administrator in Training Program is a paid job to allow a graduate to experience and learn every department in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility including Nursing, Business Office, Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Central Supply, Medical Records, and Rehab. The AIT will be given responsibilities as he/she learns how to manage people, budgets and resources. The AIT position is a hands on learning experience and can take from 2 to 5 years depending on different factors including experience, rate of learning, maturity, and levels of responsibility. This position will give you the experience needed to grow and advance to the next steps.
