Guest Services Coordinator

We’re looking for a Guest Services Coordinator who will support the customer experience while working closely with the sales team to provide a personal and memorable experience for our clients. This person will enthusiastically support the jewelry and watch consultants and Reis-Nichols leadership by following inventory processes and operations procedures. Whether you’re interacting with our clients and sales personnel in the store or on the phone, you’ll need to prioritize multiple tasks, keep a calm head, take initiative, and have fun serving others.
About the Job:
The Guest Service Coordinator will perform the following essential functions:
- Provides exceptional customer service to clients and sales personnel to enhance the customer experience
- Fields and directs questions about some of the finest luxury brands in the industry
- Provides direct assistance to customers, both on the telephone and in person, creating a welcoming and inviting environment
- Directly supports and assists sales personnel in working with, retrieving, tracing, and/or checking merchandise
- Provides administrative assistance to the daily operations of the store, including distribution of mail and other information, monitoring security measures, maintaining store appearance, running reports and evaluating data, etc.
- Takes and delivers accurate messages, including managing the general voice mail inbox
- Provides administrative assistance to company leadership as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Reis-Nichols offers one of the best and most flexible work schedules in the retail industry. Normal store hours are until 6pm weekdays, 5pm on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays. Associates rotate evening and weekend hours, when possible, to ensure a balanced schedule for our valued staff. Hours may differ during events or peak holiday times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years customer service experience required
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Special Consideration Given to Applicants With:
- Some college experience or college degree preferred
- Prefer some jewelry industry knowledge and/or retail experience

- Solid computer skills working with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to gather information, interpret information, problem solve & make informed decisions

- Be service oriented and consistently meet & exceed expectations
- Be self-directed and motivated to accomplish departmental goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively - oral and written communication skills
Physical Demands:
- Dexterity in using computers, phones, and other office equipment
- Requires long periods of sitting or standing and climbing of stairs
- Some carrying of packages and boxes of inventory (up to 20 pounds)
