Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming Ambassador: Greet residents and visitors with a friendly smile and genuine warmth. Your positive energy and exceptional customer service skills will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere within the community.
- Problem-Solving: Be the go-to person for residents when they need assistance or have requests. From coordinating maintenance and repairs to assisting with reservations and deliveries, your resourcefulness and ability to handle challenges will be invaluable.
- Safety: Monitor security systems, conduct regular patrols, and promptly respond to any emergencies or concerns. Your watchful eye will keep our residents safe and sound, ensuring their peace of mind.
- Relationship Building: Foster a sense of community by creating opportunities for residents to connect and engage with one another. Organize social gatherings, interest groups, and educational workshops that promote friendships and a sense of belonging.
- Teamwork: Maintain accurate and complete shift notes and “pass-on” logs to ensure successful communication through shift changes
Schedule:
- Sunday - Thursday: 6:30am - 3pm
Benefits:
- Local 32BJ Union Benefits
Compensation:
- $28.77 / hour
- with an annual bonus that is tied to performance
Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently.
- In service training available.
- Previous door attendant experience helpful.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
