What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Teacher/Floater position at Reliable Child Care?
The Reliable Child Care Team is growing! Could you be our next School-Age Program Lead Teacher?
This is a full time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for creating lesson plans, and organized and structured activities for children ranging in age from 5 to 12 years of age!

If you hold the following qualifications we want to hear from you:
- A.S. or B.S. degree (preferable but not required in Early Childhood, Early Childhood Development, or a related field) or CDA (Child Development Associate) credentials.
- Mature, willing to learn, have the drive to work with children, of good character, and possess suitable personal qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- GED/ A.S or B.S Degree/ CDA credentials
- 5 or more years of experience in a similar role, working with children less than 6 years of age
- Must be at least 18-years-of-age
- Able to lift children up to 25 lb
- Must complete a current physical and TB test
- Fingerprinting, and criminal history background checks to be completed.
