Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that provides the highest quality level of service for patients in need of respiratory, diabetes, urology, and maternity support. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Multi-Location Branch Operations Manager to oversee operations across several Durable Medical Equipment (DME) branch locations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, quality patient service, and team leadership across all assigned branches. The position will require daily travel within all of the New England states and will report to the Human Resources Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at multiple DME branches, ensuring consistency in patient service, inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead, coach, and support branch managers and their teams to achieve performance goals and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and accreditation standards (e.g., ACHC, The Joint Commission).
- Maintain high standards for patient experience, ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate service.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure branch-level compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
- Manage local staffing and scheduling in coordination with HR and compliance teams.
- Drive process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities across locations.
- Serve as the main contact for facility issues across all locations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve maintenance issues (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Oversee office and equipment repairs, replacements, and improvements.
- Act as liaison between the company and landlords for all sites.
- Monitor lease terms, renewal dates, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Report facility concerns or disputes to landlords and follow up until resolution.
- Support location setup, closures, and relocations in coordination with leadership.
- Work with IT and telecom vendors to coordinate installations or service issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance requests, vendor contacts, and lease documents.
- Support internal audits and inspections.
Basic Qualifications & Required Skills
- 3 years of operations or facilities management experience, preferably in a healthcare, DME, or multi-location setting.
- Valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with landlords and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This position requires regular travel to various DME sites throughout New England

Must be able to manage multiple priorities and respond promptly to operational issues, sometimes outside of standard business hours.
This position will be required to walk through facilities, climb stairs, inspect equipment, or access storage areas. - Frequent use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment is required.
- Occasional lifting of items (up to 50 lbs) may be required for tasks such as moving equipment, accepting deliveries, or setting up supplies.
