- Review the Blue Action Fund (BAF) Monitoring and Evaluation framework with a focus on the following indicators to input into the Annual BAF Report submission (for submission on November 1st 2025):
- CPUE:
- Review the methodology used for CPUE calculation to ensure accuracy and consistency. (2 days. Draft complete October 15th 2025)
- Analyse trends in CPUE over time for key fisheries species to identify site-specific impacts. (2 days. Draft complete October 15th 2025)
- Material Style of Life
- Evaluate the "Material Style of Life" indicator. (1 day. Draft complete October 15th 2025)
- Provide a review of all other indicators within the BAF Logframe to ensure accuracy and clarity in the report. Develop a short report (separate to BAF annual report) on interpretation of each indicator. (5 days. Draft complete October 15th)
- Review uploaded MERMAID benthic and fish biomass data for accuracy and completeness. (2 days. Complete 1 Sept 2025)
- Develop one note aligned with the following WCS marine themes: Sharks, Rays and Marine Megafauna; Marine 30x30; Community Fisheries; and Coral Reefs; for distribution to internal and external partners in preparation for the BAF donor roundtable. (10 days. First draft complete 1 Sept 2025)
