-Location: Austin, Texas, USA (availability for in-person work at least 3 days per week)

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to join our team full-time. This person will play a critical role in attracting and recruiting new real estate agents.
-Responsabilities:
- Post and manage job listings on various job platforms.
- Screen applications and select suitable profiles from job platforms.
- Manage candidates in the recruitment pipeline through our CRM.
- Schedule video interviews (via messages, emails, and phone calls).
- Conduct video interviews with applicants.
- Send job offers to selected candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new agents.
-Requirements:
- Full fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience as an HR Recruiter.
- Experience managing a high volume of calls and messages daily.
- Strong skills working with CRMs and similar tools.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple communication channels.
- Motivation to work with a performance-based compensation plan.
- Availability to work preferably from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

-Compensation: from $50,000 to $80,000 gross per year including base salary and bonus.
Base salary: $4,167/month = $50,000/year
Bonus: Additional $200 to $400 per new agent recruited. Average bonus potential is $2,500 per month. (Note: bonus is paid out after agents hit $5k in revenue)
Total possible compensation including base salary and average possible bonus = $6,667 per month = $80,000 gross per year.
