As a Management Associate, starting off in the entry level role your focus will be on helping customers understand their wireless options, assisting them through sign-ups and upgrades, and strengthening every customer service interaction. By doing this, the Management Associate will learn the ins and outs of what it takes to lead a team of sales representatives. The Management Associate will work closely with high-performing sales team members, learn how to effectively lead sales conversations and how excellent customer service creates long-term trust.
Management Associate Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by helping customers choose the right AT&T wireless solutions.
- Assist with daily customer service needs, from answering questions to walking customers through device and plan options.
- Contribute to sales activity by engaging with customers in a friendly, informative way.
- Manage customers accounts with clear communication and reliable information
- Ensure every customer service interaction feels supportive, clear, and professional.
- Work alongside a team leads to understanding how sales goals are set, tracked, and achieved to step into a management based role.
- Learn the fundamentals of AT&T wireless sales, upgrade processes, and enrollment steps to stay up to date on all services.
