Asa Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you’ll coordinate visitor access to the building and assist with performing a variety of administrative functions for the site pharmacy.
Location: Euclid, OH 44132
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Salary: $18 - $21/hour

- Coordinate visitor access to site pharmacy building
- Greet visitors and ensure appropriate staff is notified of their arrival
- Maintain accurate records surrounding visitor badges
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other pharmacy leadership
- Assists with preparation of agendas, schedules and materials for meetings, conferences and other events
- Arranges and coordinates meetings and appointments, including travel as requested
- Collects requested data and information from various sources including email and other correspondence and documents; prepares summaries of findings and/or other related written correspondence as requested
- Completes projects in a timely manner, providing updates on progress
- Assist with answering incoming calls and forwarding appropriately
- Assist with management of incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist with onboarding staff
- Assist with filing and recordkeeping tasks
- When appropriate, assist with and maintain records relating to specific regulatory compliance requirements such as routine validation of professional licensing/certification of staff or monitoring progress of pharmacy technician trainees throughout the duration of their training program
- Assist with management of off-site record storage
- Complies with all Company Policies, Procedures, and training requirements
- Conducts work and professional activities ethically and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

- Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative assistant experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping, filing and office equipment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written, English proficiency required).
- A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-managed, proactive work style with the ability to excel in team environments.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
