Remington & Vernick Engineers is looking for the right team member with three plus years of experience in Civil Engineering for our Municipal Engineering Department. PRIMARY DUTIES: Project manager to municipalities or public agencies; Supervise and coordinate projects; Develop engineering solutions for improvement of their infrastructure; Design transportation, utility, facility, or hydraulic systems or structures; Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and impact; Design activities ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental regulations; Prepare and present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, project status reports and developmental review projects; Provide technical advice on design, construction, or capital program modifications; Support of field construction inspection staff; It is preferred but not required if this individual has experience in inspection and construction, as well as park design.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & LICENSES REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field from an accredited college or university. Three plus years of experience in related field. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to field visits and client meetings as required.
