What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager position at Remnant Management?
We are looking for a Site Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the apartment complex under the supervision of the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property
- Process prospective tenant applications
- Manage tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, utility allowance changes, and occupancy level
- File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
Skills
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer Service
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Property management experience is a plus but not required as the position is trainable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
