The mission of this full-time position is to provide administrative assistance and support to Renaissance Financial advisors and their retirement plan clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and financial advisors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client and advisor inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, striving for timely resolution.
- Prepare review materials for participant education meetings.
- Address advisor and plan participant questions and service requests.
- Communicate with advisors, participants, and vendors as needed.
- Update plan information in Salesforce and other department records as needed.
- Provide back up support for other Retirement Plan Account Managers
- Perform other administrative duties as necessary.
Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

Education, Training & Experience:
- College degree preferred; must have High School diploma.
- Two or more years of experience in an office environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of retirement plans preferred

Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
- Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)

- Typing of at least 50 wpm
Working Conditions:
- Professional office environment.
