Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining the buffet in an attractive, safe manner in order to satisfy guest needs to include set-up, ensuring the buffet remains adequately stocked and clean, and break down at end of shift.
Duties:
- Assist with setting up and organizing dining areas for service
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in the restaurant, catering, or food service industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and serving
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
