Renaissance Senior Homes is seeking dedicated Personal Care Aides (PCA) for our facility in Easton, PA.
Job Requirements
- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family, friends, and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist residents in activities of daily living
- Provide routine physical care (bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, etc..)
- Maintain all health and safety regulations
High School Diploma/GED Required**
Direct Care Competency Certificate Required (training provided)
