What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consultant, Onboarding & Member Integrations position at Renaissance?
The qualified candidate will play a critical role in delivering effective and efficient onboarding, code alignment, and policy transfer processes that meet/exceed our operational standards for new member agents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Monitor the Policy Transfers & Alignments communications and direct all incoming inquiries to the appropriate internal or external partners
- Manage code alignment processes for new and existing members by updating records, tracking communications, securing confirmations, and maintaining all required documentation
- Coordinate member disaffiliation activities by notifying companies, releasing producer codes and policies, and completing all supporting administrative tasks
- Execute, track, and finalize policy transfers for agencies joining from other networks or acquiring external books of business
- Distribute, collect, and track required forms to ensure timely completion of all code alignment and policy transfer actions
- Support member‑related initiatives and organizational projects, including acquisitions and other special assignments
- Maintain accurate and current data within the CRM (Dynamics) to ensure reliable operational reporting and workflow continuity
- Provide guidance and general assistance to member agency team members and principals to resolve operational or procedural questions
- Support internal colleagues in effectively utilizing Renaissance tools, systems, and resources.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

- Industry experience with an awareness of the insurance ecosystem
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Project Management – Demonstrates strong project management capability, including the ability to interpret project plans, contribute effectively within cross‑functional teams, and manage timelines with precision. Excels in customer relations, communication, organization, problem‑solving, and sound decision‑making to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery of all assigned work.
