Full-Time Commercial Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial and residential environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are safe, hygienic, and welcoming.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Maintain cleanliness in both residential and commercial properties.
• Carry out floor care duties such as waxing to maintain high standards of appearance.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving heavy objects.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and maintenance.

This position is strictly a 1099 position and will only last until October 31, 2025 unless renewed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
