The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in McKinleyville is seeking a flexible part time on-call Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Agent that will work Monday and Wednesday 3pm - 11:30pm, with the ability to pick up other shifts as needed, who will offer exceptional customer service to all guests from initial phone call to check in to check out and everything in between. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and communicate clearly and effectively to guests and coworkers. This position also drives to and from the airport in company vehicle, so a valid clean drivers license is required. This is a part time position and must be able to work weekends and holidays if your regular scheduled days. If interested candidate would like to cross train for Breakfast Attendant and Night Audit (11p - 7am), that would be ideal, but not required.
Conditions: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, speak clearly on the telephone and must be able to see/read computer screen.
