Renew is a patient-driven healthcare provider focused on providing a technologically advanced implant supported full-mouth restoration solution for our patients suffering with missing and failing teeth.
Renew is seeking full-time Call Center Agents to join its small, but rapidly growing Call Center team. Call Center Agents enjoy a hybrid work schedule and are responsible for answering incoming calls from potential patients and following up on warm leads.
No cold calling required . Call Center Agents must be able to self-manage and ensure all Call Center processes are being followed.
The Call Center Agent role requires a compassionate conversation while explaining Renew’s treatment options, answering and asking questions, qualifying candidates, and converting them into a consultation with a soft sale approach.
