What are the responsibilities and job description for the Confirmation Specialist position at Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies?
The Confirmation Specialist is focused primarily on managing an accurate, up-to-date scheduling board along with verifying
in-home appointments with an Outside Renewal by Andersen representative by making outbound and inbound calls.
The Confirmation Specialist will be required to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, at all times.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- Meeting or exceeding issue and demo rates with company standards
- Acts as dispatch for our outside sales representatives
- Setting an example for effort, ethics, team play and decorum
- Enter or update data into the system accurately & efficiently
- Call and set outbound leads by following up on cancelled or incomplete customer interactions
- Other job duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience or equivalent in outbound phone sales required.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent empathetic, personable, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely.
- Must be able to organize & prioritize.
- Ability to adapt well and accept/ give feedback in a changing environment.
- Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management.
