Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Design Consultants role located in Monroeville, PA. In this role, you will work with clients to provide personalized solutions for their window and door replacement needs. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, presenting product options, creating customized design plans, and guiding customers through the selection process. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and achieving sales goals while representing the company’s brand and values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Interior Design, Furniture, and Furnishings, with a strong sense of style and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and on-site
- Previous experience in a design consulting or a related field is highly advantageous
- Ability to assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
