We are looking for driven, highly-motivated sales professionals to join our growing team. RbA’s Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations that provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. We’re a leader in work-life balance with 2 appointments a day, 5 days a week for our sales team with a six figure earning potential. Don’t have any previous experience selling windows and doors? Don't worry – you’ll learn our proven sales techniques to set you up for success with an extensive 9-week paid training. We believe that happy team members equals happy customers- so we invest in our team.
