Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with a Payroll Specialist. All requirements and responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain weekly company payroll, bonus and commission accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain PTO/Sick accrual and time off logs for all employees.
- Perform various audits and reports to ensure accurate payroll processing, commission payout, deductions, etc.
- Process wage orders, benefit orders, garnishments and respond to various government inquiries and audits.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all payroll matters while providing a high level of customer support to all internal personnel.
- Provide information as needed to all employees regarding company health insurance benefits, payroll issues, 401K plan, paid time off and sick day eligibility and enroll in ADP and on various insurance carrier websites.
- Interact with company benefit vendors as needed to provide accurate information and to ensure limitations, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in full cycle payroll (required)
- Full charge use of ADP Workforce Now (required)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Sage software (required)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience calculating bonuses and commissions
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
Compensation and Benefits:
- $65,000-70,000/annual

Schedule:
- Onsite in our Cranford office
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
