The Production Planner II is an experienced professional who will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with various departments and ensure the availability of materials and resources.

Essential Functions
- Develop and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to address any issues or changes in demand.
- Communicate will production teams to address any scheduling or resource issues.
- Update and maintain production planning tools and techniques.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate production records and update planning systems.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on production status and address any potential delays.
- Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to optimize production efficiency.
- Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field with 6 years experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field with 2 years experience.
- Minimum education and years of experience requirements are not to be used exclusive of other leveling factors. Substitution of additional relevant education and experience for stated qualifications may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of production planning
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
