What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procedure Scheduler position at Reno Tahoe Pain Associates?
Reno Tahoe Pain Associates is looking to hire a procedure / surgery scheduler. The scheduler is responsible for scheduling all surgical procedures for in-office, ASC and outpatient hospitals and ensures that all of the appropriate clinical and insurance coding information is collected and provided to the facility. Scheduler receives requests to schedule procedures from multiple providers, and schedules the patients accordingly to current insurance guidelines. Must be team oriented, timely, and work well under pressure. Minimum 2 years experience required.
