What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at Rent A Maid?
We are seeking a well-organized, detail orientated office coordinator to join our team. Our candidate must have the ability to work with numbers easily, have excellent phone etiquette, have experience in QuickBooks (preferred), including accounts payables/receivables, and payroll and tax liabilities. He/she must be willing to complete a variety of office tasks that consist of, but are not limited to, stocking supplies, making bank deposits, running errands, coordinating staff and helping in the field when needed.
