Employment Type
Full-Time; Monday to Friday with some overtime. Rotating shifts for after hours and weekends.
Primary Job Functions
Perform the maintenance and repair of plumbing and heating systems. Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment in Residential homes. Maintain drains, water lines, pipe fittings, routine maintenance, service, and repair work. Responsible for training apprentices as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Residential Service Plumbing and installation experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong finger and Manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to travel to clients homes
- Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance
- Ability to trouble shoot and solve plumbing issues
- Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
- 1 – 3 years plumbing experience.
